14:20 Rengar definitely needs an adjustment on his W. There's no reason for him to be able to do that much burst and still heal back to full on W. It should be a decision "do I do big damage with double Q, do I cc with double E, or do I heal a bunch with double W" it should NEVER be "I'll just one shot you and heal to fill with double W".

Yeah... I've noticed that once A. Sol E gets big enough even if you're a champion you basically can't move without flash or a dash. I was a Lillia with 4 stacks of Q passive going like 600ms and I still couldn't escape a late game A. Sol E. It was so confusing the first few times I experienced it.

I think it's real. Goredrinker, Cleaver, Maw are core items for Graves atm. Not sure about the rest but I think Frozen heart to not get oneshot by Rengar and Hydra is generally just a good item. Phantom Dancer is a bit sus but I think he just wants the bonus move speed to stay on top of them late game. This is silver reasoning tho.
