Liked this home very much. That large storage closet just inside from the garage is great for storing your holiday decorations and vacuums and brooms and carpet cleaners and if you don't want it for that can be a pet Wash and pet care room.

I'm surprised to say that I don't like this. The main living space seems too fussy (if that's the right word), the bedrooms are all over the place and the upstairs seems to have a lot of wasted space. Nice for some, but not for all. The laundry shoot is awesome though 😅

The current Back patio fencing I would put up if allowed a another 18" High wrought iron fence on top and on the back around the firepit just as extra security for my dogs and the patio outside the master separate with wrought iron fence with gate that separate the two spaces.

The drafting room is cool. I would add shelves on that whole wall above the cabinets for craft storage as a craft room, or as an office. If it was an office you might wanna soundproof that wall to the living room and the doors. I love the sunroom. I’ve always wanted one. I’m guessing I’d have o put the tv where the built ins are in the living room. Not a fan of a high tv above the FP. I also like to decorate my mantle. Those 2 bedrooms downstairs bedrooms would be great for an in-law. One could be the bedroom and the other could be a living room. If you have a grown child who is a single parents… those 2 bedrooms would be great for them. OR if you have a kid in college who lives at home, or a single kid who is at home saving money for their own space or waiting til marriage to move out they could have their own suite. (My youngest kid is going to vet school. She would LOVE a space of her own. Her room is only 11x12. She has a tiny desk, a tiny dresser, a bookcase, a chair and a full size bed. She has basically no floor space. Her closet is the basics small closet and she needs more room!) I would def have a morning room with a table to eat instead of a sitting area. I also like a lot of counter space and a big island. That pantry is AWESOME!! The master bedroom size is great. I wanna be able to exercise in my bedroom or DANCE DANCE DANCE. 😂 No tub in the master bath. That’s a huge deal breaker for me. 😢 I’m a detox bath takin girl. I’m not a fan of the same size his and hers closets. My husband doesn’t need much room. I need A LOT. lol

Thanks Timothy for showing this. I saved this floor plan as a favorite over a year ago from the builder's website. You can view on Liberty's website, but the walk through is no where near as detailed as yours. I watch you every morning drinking my coffee before I go to work, and I was so excited to see a home that I love, being actually walked through by you! Keep up the good work. Hope you know how much so many of us enjoy watching you daily. ❤❤

The wooden shelves in the master bedroom closet are the same, or very similar, as the ones I put in my master bedroom mini walk in closets. I really like them. This house is absolutely huge. The only drawback I can see is the access to the powder room. From the living room/kitchen area you have to walk practically to the front door and then go all the way back down the hall to get to the powder room. I really love the pantry, it is huge. The home is beautiful. The only thing I dislike is the foyer. I have the same concept. When you open the door you can see everything. I wish I did have a side front porch and that sunroom to make up for the foyer. Thanks for the tour. Happy Holidays

I would choose to have a more rustic fireplace and cabinets not in white but this is a very nice home. In that Florida room as you called it I would want that area where the built in cabinet is to be left blank so I could put My Piano in there and use the room as a music/library Den. Probably put a TV in there too. I like the two dining spaces and have two tables myself a smaller breakfast table that has a small butterfly leaf and a larger oak table. So perfect. This place is the first that would have enough cabinets and type of cabinets for all My kitchen ware and dish sets.

Love this one. I would have to have built ins on both sides of the fireplace. I need symmetry. And I just don't understand how a house this beautiful and expensive would not have a tub in the master bedroom. I would not buy this house based just on that.

I like the style of the exterior sort of a craftsman style, I'm not a fan of all the driveway Infront of the home instead of a nice landscaped yard. I would give this home a very strong 8.5 to 9 as total score.

All the new homes that you have shown have one thing in common. They have very high ceilings so all the heat will be wasted unless you run a ceiling fan to push it down but even that is wasting energy but people want to flaunt their wealth and have things that are wasting energy and then add an airplane for good measure.. It is sickening to even look at these extravaganza's ..

Not bad. I'm going to slam it for no Guest Coat Closet in a home over $1 Mil...that is just plain ole bad designing. I'd change the Dining Room, not into formal myself. It would be closed off and made a Greeting Room with a Guest Coat Closet in it. The Breakfast Room area may need expanding to make it a better Dining area. Something has to be done with the Fireplace, that offset crap looks like crap. Also in the area the Powder Room is too narrow. I'd have to see about a bump out in the Master Bath area and the one Master Closet...maybe 6'. A house of this price point needs a tub and a Large ladies closet. By bumping out 6' in the bathroom area you could do a Wet Room. Adding 6' to that one closet would be a ladies dream. Last thing, this place needs a grand basement. This place is not worth over $1 Mil without one.
