Oh wow! I'm 76 years old, and it was so weird when you said you didn't have a record player, because you always thought they were so hard to use. Just made me think how many things were every day common place things to me, and young people today and in the future never used them. I grew up in the suburbs of Detroit in the Motown era. Records were my life!!!

I was just commenting on the same thing. Many of the green glass that isn't dark is uranium glass. I've seen many people go thrifting with a blacklight to test it just at the store. Love the way it glows.

Gotta admit, that's about the best haul I've ever seen, including other KZbinrs clothers hauls. I really loved and wouln't mind having a lot of what you got. I KNEW immediately you'd get that bowl at the beginning, and that pitcher. But I think what excited me most at the beginning was that Dean Martin multi=album find! Even that box it was in was in beautiful condition! But then, you just kept bring out more stuff that was fantastic! Good job, Daniel. You were a very lucky boy!

Enjoyed seeing the items you found. Wish you could have taken us inside with you more. I’m in a power wheelchair and can’t shop in stores with narrow aisles or lots of merchandise on the floors. I shop vicariously with people like you. I’m an old lady now and some of the beautiful vintage stuff I see was identical to things my grandmother had. I loved her decor and spent hours playing with her beautiful colored glass dishes, tea cups and saucers, candle holders and crystal glassware! She had colored glass everywhere. So delicate and beautiful and I never broke a thing. I so, so enjoyed this video and would love to see more. 👍🏻🌹👍🏻

I loved coming along with you. Thrifting & antiquing can be a lot of fun, especially when you find great things, which you did. I love the red dish & the blue votives - such beautiful colors! I also love the set; the shapes & the designs are quite lovely. That pitcher reminds me of Pfaltzgraff that my sister collects & I love it. If you ever run across an antique mall, be sure to check it out. There's one by me & I could spend hours in there. It's like a large consignment shop. Cool Water came out when I was a teenager & it's one of my favorite colognes, so I'm definitely interested in that cologne you found. Also, if you find that desk lamp doesn't work, you could get a cord replacement kit for it.

Love the handmade pitcher! If you want a good record player and don’t mind a bit of a spend for it, AudioTechnica has really good record players, different models at different values. You also have to purchase speakers separately for some of them, but it’s well worth the cost IMO if it’s something you really want and plan to have for forever.

I love to see all the goodies you find when you hit the shops. Love the ceramic lemon bowl (would have fought you over that,lol), was the tray that you called silver maybe pewter, also a nice find. Thrift stores are a good place to find vintage and antique items but don’t forget about estate sales, literally a gold mine for stuff like this. That’s where a few of the ‘66 Ford Galaxie 500s came from along with a few vintage appliances I own from the 60’s and 70’s came from as well.

@@MisterPreda I’d try looking for estate sales in the Riverside area or look in the San Diego area, may be further but sometimes going the extra mile will pay off since you won’t have to deal with the crowds and usually the more interesting and obscure stuff seems to be outside of the city limits. That’s where the ‘63 Whirlpool set I have in turquoise came from, was bought at a estate sale in Encinitas in April of 2019 (someone bought it before I did but ended up buying it a year later since the person who bought it was moving and had to thin out fairly quickly).
