Thank you for your view on these shoes! It´s fresh to hear it from the new runners perspective. I got some feedback: 1) I envy your small shoe collection. Because I could justify more shoes if i were you. So Please: Buy a pair of good daily trainers, run a 1000km in them, and Then buy a new pair. I have bought 38 pairs of running shoes in four years, and I can only destroy 3-4 pairs a year. It is a diseaese. 2) I have been frustrated, that most shoe reviewers do not describe the level of arch support in a shoe. Or just mention it vaguely. For instance, Saucony Xodus Ultra surprisingly had so heavy medial arch support, that I could not run in them. Then i swapped insoles, and now they are great.

Can I consider vaporfly 3. I am a new runner. I just want to buy Nike. Are there any demerits of using carbon plated shoes as a new runner?
