Panos Arvanitis is not just a clone... He is a true master of his Art, he is much more accurate and emotional than other players in the list. His melodies are just superb.. I am not trying to take credit away from other great guitar players here, but they are just Malmsteen s clones. Arvanitis he is not a clone, ... He is a fully developed shred lord who deserves much more attention in my humble opinion ! The only problem with him and the total recognition he deserves , is that he was born Greek... Music is the winner here anyway! Peace and love!

I think a lot of players are Yngwie Clones, Panos Arvantis too!!! if not ¿Why sounds so Yngwie, because being Greek probably must sound to Bazouki, I listened a Guitarist from Greece called Kostas Grigoreas and an album named Guitar in the Greek Mode, and don´t sound to Yngwie and sounds very good, Panos Arvantis is a very good player!!!.

The second dude has blown me away!!!! He has a very natural relaxed style which means he OWN'S every note!!!! OK so he hasn't got the Stratocaster & YJM wardrobe & hairdo,but this dude too me is 100% original too himself & I believe Yngwie would be most impressed with for having the YJM influence but who makes it his own by playing it his way & improvising around it!!! This second dude is a guy who knows his instrument & theory 10000000%!!!!!! I bet he can do every style!!!!!? I will call this second dude Super Human!!!!!

The guy at 7:55 Is actually a better player than Malmseen. Better sense of melody, better phrasing, and a better tone Personally, never had any time for these 30 notes a second type of players. It’s nothing more than a circus trick with no dynamics only speed. And it rarely sounds musical, but that guy is quite interesting

YJM first few albums were just BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for this. Another dude, Chris Impelliteri, blows me away. When he came out I dismissed him as an YJM copy. One thing though is that I was sure that he was faster than YJM.. HOW?!?!?!?! Picked him back up recently and I'm certain that he makes YJM sound like he's in the slow lane. Even the fastest playing of YJM isn't as fast as him. HOW?!
