@@notmyregret My friend got placed Plat in Overwatch 1. He only played Soldier had no idea about any abilities or really anything, he was just incredibly good at aiming and positioning. Mechanics are super important in this game, to the point you can probably get to diamond with bronze gamesense.

Samito had a video recently as well of this Obedient guy. It was on Hollywood and his co-cheater was a guy named Carti who literally started spin-botting. Obedient started by not cheating and basically doing nothing and then turned the cheats on and it was stupid obvious. Nope. They can't. It's way too easy to abuse sightlines, abilities, range etc to outmanouver aimbots in a game like this (example: Hanzo aimbots work pretty well at close and midrange, until the range becomes too large. You can now reliable out-strafe Hanzo aimbots as they have to predict your movement too much). Now, if we're talking a team of Diamond 1 with hacks vs Masters. Yeah, the hackers might win ;p Perhaps easily even. That's why it's such a screw up when pro-level gamers use ''subtle'' (aka advanced) cheats, which does actually happen, in tournaments and such.

That’s the thing. People who buy cheats really believe they deserve to be in GM, but are stuck in gold bc of everyone else. So they buy cheats to carry, and then say they’ll turn them off once they’re in GM where they think they belong Only to realize, they were barely gold in the first place and never got better at it. A computer has been playing for them this whole time. So now they have to keep their cheats on just to maintain Masters. But considering they still refuse to learn, they usually stagnate or get banned.

A lot of people think they deserve a higher rank than they're at, so they use cheats to get them up to where they think they "deserve". Then it turns out they're dogshit so they have to keep the hacks on or they'll fall in rank again. That's why you see a lotta people duoing with cheaters. They think they need help getting carried past "elo hell" and that they'll be fine once they're at the rank they think they deserve. But if they really deserved the rank they'd be able to get there without cheats or help.

Things I noticed: When CSX is Sombra it seems while he does hack things from time to time it seems his cheat is not allowing the hack off on players because it seems to cancel any other button other than movement in favor or attacking. Obedient on Sojourn I can see the Hack attempting to use the Rail but it can seem to composite for it while it's using Primary fire. Hence, it misses every single one EXCEPT when he isn't using Primary Fire it locks to the head and does hit perfect rail headshots. Not the First time Cheats Break when having to switch between different types of fire modes on the fly. We can also see Obedient using a "Silent" Aimbot which only worked for one or 2 shots then it no longer worked. The reason it stopped working is that the packets that are sent to the Server are getting rejected as Suspicious and so it no longer allows the Aim to be hidden and it cant lock with "Silent" Aimbot which is why they both toggled to Hard Aimbot since "Silent" Aimbot wasn't working.

I saw on a cheater on my game a soldier 76 I saved the game… they kept saying there was a cheater on our side. That was the widow. When I look back she’s just a decent widow like she misses half of her shots she doesn’t flick and most of the shots as she does make hit body … but the soldier his cheating got worse and worse… I reported him and sent the game in. Worse meaning more obvious. I always feel bad for widowmakers that I get accused of cheating because they managed to get a few shots off on angry people. Even though she absolutely was not cheating either that or she spent $12 on her hack and all it does is occasionally hit body shots and a head shot every 50 bullets.

7:55 you do have to be careful though when doing that. even though its a good thing to do by throwing however it is reportable and against the TOS to throw. so you are risking more the SR technically. especially if your team reports you over the cheater. just be careful when doing it. if your team doesn't seem to have a issue with the cheater then throw but don't make it obvious to protect yourself IMO.

I got accused of cheating as Soldier not long ago. Went 20-0 with like 15k damage in Bronze 5 To be fair though, when I actually played OW 1 like 3 years ago I was like gold or plat or something like that, but my SR decayed to 0 cuz I didn’t play for so long and instead of fully resetting the ladder and letting me do placements Blizzard just said “nah your SR is 0 now, deal with it.”
