I was working on Top Gear with the Pyro Crew with the Zenvo when it caught fire.....and no it was not the pyro crew that caused the issue !!!. The car was awesome, but had many issues. The clutch burned out, the headlight leaked, the rear brake bound and caught fire and it was touch fragile, but what a beauty of a car. Stig was telling us how difficult the ST1 was to drive as half through a corner, the turbo lights up, dumping several hundred horses and would catch out most drivers. The was early doors, so do hope Zenvo has addressed these issue as the car is stunning.

10:39 That’s a Group C2 (called LMP2 today) URD, with the engine transplanted from a BMW M1 Procar. I know because, among other races, my late father completed the 1986 Le Mans in it, and before that drove the M1 Procar from where the engine was taken. It brings me a lot of joy to see it being so well taken care of.

Even as a Dane I have sadly never seen this collection, though I wan't to. My only claim to fame is formerly living close to the Zenvo Factory, in the small South Sealand town of Præstø, but I may add that also another Dane: Ole Sommer had a number of Danish made cars built during several years (as his fathers one S1 model), and his Museum and Collection still exists in Nærum, and may be worth a visit? His last creation was a really serious built AC Cobra/Ferrari - looking sportscar, and not just built on the top of a former car, of a kind, but from an, except the Volvo Engine and Transmission (Sommer owned a Volvo Dealership), totally new base and with 50 years Warranty against Rust! A major Danish Problem!

Yes, all those air-conditioned man caves with rows of the special operations custom-painted model in the limited run of the heritage model of the Asetto Sportivo Corsa edition of a run-of-the-mill supercar, cynically designed to milk an extra $300k from an ultra-rich buyer, who will never own anything prior to 1990 of interest. This collection has a similar feel to Jay Leno's, but the royalty cars and film cars it unique. Tax wealth!
