I owned a 1970 Porsche 914-6 back in the mid-1970s. It'd be sweet if Shmee dropped in a 911 engine and upgraded to larger brakes & 5-lug wheels to create a 914-6 instead of keeping the 4-cylinder/

The EV's are getting better very quickly and there are breakthroughs with battery tech on the way. The EV will be a daily and your ICE cars will be the car you take out to the track or some weekend road trips.

With the Lamborghini Countach it would be so cool if everything inside the car is mint like the engine and engine bay and the interior with the outside like a wreck.

Funny Out of Spec just did a across America Multiple Electric Cars Vs A Gas Car that was Moderate to bad on Gas. With the Best the Electric cars had to offer it was still a 6 to 7 hour difference . So you have to deal with the stress of worrying about the Charge and the best of the Best High End Hi Tech Electric you still lose basically a day off your trip . Still not even close to being ready

Hi Tim I live in China and the BYD works better in a warmer climate. in winter or colder weather it's not advisable to take longer rides with electric cars

not my color of choice and the reason is, your spending a truck load of money restoring the car it will take a huge hit in value by not painting the color it came from the factory. you may not like it but when buying used you get what you get.

EVs are not the answer to any of the current "problems". It just isn't practical, too expensive, not at all foolproof in terms of what would happen if you're about to run out and the charging point is knackered, and the claims are too over hyped. I can't have a charging point at my house, so why would I park my car at a train station to charge it over night at extra expense. That makes no sense at all

Tim, stick to the Tesla network. yes you can use a lot of them. with membership, it’s way way cheaper to recharge. plus you have your history in the app for tax return. final bonus is all the angry Tesla owners as you pull in and start charging.

The 914 was my first baby step into the world of supercars. I drove it in College. I loved that car. 10 years later 911 turbo several GT3s and now Lamborghini
