It's basically the equivalent of taking a few supplements 3 times a day with your meals. All of these ingredients and components (the ones you can't find at your local supermarket) are found in most health & wellbeing stores, homeopathic apothecaries or ayurvedic pharmacies all around the globe. First drink do have well study herbs that really work for a variety of health issues. The hibiscus do have strong evidence treat prostate and breast, and is very effective protecting from toxicity from alkylating agent like chimotherapy.

Jedna vec, ktorá mi pri každej epizóde ako zvukárovy málinko utkvie je že audio často klipuje, čo je pochopiteľné pri field recordingu. Možno nabudúce nastaviť audio limiter pri točení alebo nahrávať na nižšej hlasitosti a v postpro dorovnať compressorom. :) Možno to už ale všetko robíte... Inak si nemôžem pomôcť a pri hlase rozprávača počujem stále Dana Dreva, ale to tak, keď človek na tom vyrastal... :))

This is something similar to the natural medicines used in parts of South Asia. Ayurveda is part of Southern India for curing a lot of illness. But something that is different is usage of alcohol as most of the Ayurvedic medicines are not alcoholic but some are fermented. This may not be a cure for most diseases but is a part of wellbeing and helps in the long run!

My dad went to Honduras when he was serving in the Indiana National Guard. He went there for 2 weeks, during the time our fair was going on and surprised us at the fair when he got back. He got me a really cool hand woven blanket and some Honduran Pesos, which my son now has. Not sure if they use the same money or what its worth, but it adds some "value" to a currency collection, lol. He told us that he (and everyone else with him) got mobbed by locals begging, all the time. They would give the kids any candy that they had on them (I think of "Saving Private Ryan") and being told to avoid the local meat vendors. He was told that by different sources that its both dog meat and maybe human meat (LMAO, come on) Anyway, the take away was.....that country is screwed. The "Indiana National Guard" being there for "training" was just a way to have an enhanced military presence there to help keep order....though, that was the year of Desert Storm....we were told he might not come back.
