Edit: 12:58 deep pockets will drop 3 of the same coin for each room which would not drop an pickup. Here, deep pockets spawned a golden penny and then spawned another 2. Thats why you always get 3 of the same coins and never a penny and 2 nickels, at least i think thats how it works.
