the 4th artifact is actually at one of the peguin stands, so what you need to do is give the penguin at that shop any fish to get the artifact.

I found where the fourth artifact is so if you go in the ice fishing cave or not the ice fishing cave the the penguin cave with were in the new update and then take a fish to those all those dancers there's the hockey stand like the hockey stick stand and if you take a fish to there it'll give you a shiny hockey stick

Camodo you need to give a fish to the pengiun that owns the hockey shop in the cave but you don't buy one you have to go fishing because if you buy a fish and try to give it to the penguin he won't accept it but if you give the penguin a fish that has been fished out of the water he will accept it and he will give you the special hockey stick that you need for the museum. :) P.s. I love your videos and also did you know that ob is trying to stop the wobbly life train he thought if he put a lot of things into the tunnel he could derail it but that didn't work. XD

How? I've tried exactly this for more than an hour last night (cause the symbol above this shop made me think that must be the way). I've brought a whole lotta fish but had no chance to give it to the penguin. I talked to him with fish into my hands. I threw all fish just into his shop. I slapped the penguin with fish. No reaction as well as no possibility to interact with the penguin other than buying normal hockey sticks. 🤷‍♂️

@@lordspikedesign what fish do you use? cuz I got it using a herring edit : I saw someone using a sardine. That person got it from the Overfished Area, near the dock. Same as me. So, you might need to use a fish from that area. Not sure though.
