I Found the PERFECT 6 Bedroom Home in DULUTH GA in 2024!

Greetings, great showing/presentation, thanks for posting. This is a very attractive home from the outside and the old girl is well preserved for her age. The downstairs is spacious, and the basement is a plus b/c it can be utilized as an in-law suite or rented out to subsidize the mortgage payment. However, i don't like the placement of the stairs, and believe they are too narrow. The bedrooms are all very small. The primary is a decent size but NOT over sized and the closet is a bit small to be shared by a cpl. In addition the backyard is very small and way too close to the homes on either side.However, even with the negative critiques, i believe i am in the minority, and provided the one is flexible with the asking prices this home will not be on the market long.
