Great curb appeal!!! Loving the glass entrance door!! Beautiful/spacious great room ❤ with exposed beams and plenty of large windows! Wonderful staging in this area!! Love the premier BdR with private porch👍🏿!! Nice master bath with separate his/her sinks. And YES, stand alone tub and separate shower!! Glad to see the decor theme is seen throughout the home. I love the floors and windows in this house. The family room feels cozy and inviting. However, there are things I dislike about this house that I see as major design flaws. If I could take this house and tweek it to my liking, it would be a dream!

@@jeannettelegendre8679 This is an infill house that probably replaced an old brick ranch like the ones on either side of it. It’s likely that both houses on either side will be torn down and replaced, too. It’s happening all over Nashville.

It will cost more when the other homes align with the luxury of this one. Some people like to get in when the price is cheaper. I don’t blame them.

Nice unique exterior, and Great room. Not a fan of the kitchen. Cute light fixtures. Full 1st bathroom and private porch are nice. Very spacious home. Staging upper level and patio will make home more appealing. Thanks Marcus.

What I notice is the houses on both sides of the property. Those beautiful windows would need privacy shades.

The kitchen island didn’t make sense. How do u have Only 4 seats with 2 islands (no) and why is the “media” room connected to a bd rm and isn’t even centered for a proper screen. It comes off as the designer have know ideas left to use the space properly. And y the tile doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling? It’s not an apartment for this price point, everything has to reflect. 6 out of 10

I really like the main floor. The top floor looks like they designed it blindfolded. The first room labeled a bedroom by the theatre room has no bathroom and no access to one. I assume that's where I put the people I hate :) That closet with huge pillar is nuts. The exterior is very nice and like the motor court on this home.

At first glance beautiful. But then you see 3 kitchens next to each other. Overkill. The grand room should have had high ceilings for that asking price. And the road gives much noice and zero privacy. Swimming pool should have been on the back. Major flaws Armin Haddad would say. But you did very well, great video so keep on going like that!
