Great curb appeal!!! Loving the glass entrance door!! Beautiful/spacious great room ❤ with exposed beams and plenty of large windows! Wonderful staging in this area!! Love the premier BdR with private porch👍🏿!! Nice master bath with separate his/her sinks. And YES, stand alone tub and separate shower!! Glad to see the decor theme is seen throughout the home. Great home for lucky buyer. Great video. Thanks for sharing. Take care!!

Superb & gorgeous property ❤😍! The glassy outer front door & windows are really eye catchy 👀👁😮! 2:39 Love that wooden flooring 🤩 as usual! 3:28 A thing that I wasn't fan of before this video is that of warmth lighting in the room. But it is now my favorite also🤗! Anyways as always, 'Thanks a lot Marcus for the tour ❤👍🏿😄'!

I love the floors and windows in this house. The family room feels cozy and inviting. However, there are things I dislike about this house that I see as major design flaws. If I could take this house and tweek it to my liking, it would be a dream!

The unequal symmetry between the living arch and shelf next to it would drive me crazy. But at least it’s not difficult-to-clean-every-single-day-stainless appliances 😅

Nice unique exterior, and Great room. Not a fan of the kitchen. Cute light fixtures. Full 1st bathroom and private porch are nice. Very spacious home. Staging upper level and patio will make home more appealing. Thanks Marcus.

At first glance beautiful. But then you see 3 kitchens next to each other. Overkill. The grand room should have had high ceilings for that asking price. And the road gives much noice and zero privacy. Swimming pool should have been on the back. Major flaws Armin Haddad would say. But you did very well, great video so keep on going like that!

I really like the main floor. The top floor looks like they designed it blindfolded. The first room labeled a bedroom by the theatre room has no bathroom and no access to one. I assume that's where I put the people I hate :) That closet with huge pillar is nuts. The exterior is very nice and like the motor court on this home.

I noticed that as well and wondered why was this the only house on the "block" built with such grandeur and what impact has the neighboring homes had on the property value over the years!
@notshylo3 ай бұрын
@@jeannettelegendre8679 This is an infill house that probably replaced an old brick ranch like the ones on either side of it. It’s likely that both houses on either side will be torn down and replaced, too. It’s happening all over Nashville.

It will cost more when the other homes align with the luxury of this one. Some people like to get in when the price is cheaper. I don’t blame them.

The kitchen island didn’t make sense. How do u have Only 4 seats with 2 islands (no) and why is the “media” room connected to a bd rm and isn’t even centered for a proper screen. It comes off as the designer have know ideas left to use the space properly. And y the tile doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling? It’s not an apartment for this price point, everything has to reflect. 6 out of 10

Neighbor homes look very underwhelming and I bet the land is worth 3 million and this house was a mistake but sounded like a good idea in the beginning. 4 million and no basement. Oh ok but a loft space w a bar where the kids rooms might be? Smh for 4 million the bathrooms are small, kitchen is small, and the whole house should be staged. Must be a first time developer this is such a weird layout in a misplaced home.
@kklb60413 күн бұрын
If I owned one of the lovely traditional brick homes on either side of that behemoth, I would be horrified. Wasted space, gratuitously asymmetrical with odd nooks that are dead space, etc. Why do you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the hideous black/dark green media room?!? The dining room was indescribably awkward, again with the gratuitous asymmetry. I watched the whole tour hoping for a redeeming quality and sadly it never came.
