for the rune rooms you have to blow the big room up similar to the big prop mod (the one were it adds the big mushrooms rocks etc.) from that you get a passive item (well i did anyway lol) hope this helps :)

rotten beggar DOES NOT pay out. i always need over 150 coins for him to give me an item. itsthe most worthless beggar in the game. doesnt pay out, doesnt give any pickups on bombing, gives blue spiders in return which die on hit and dont even kill enemies early in the game. please cas dont ever play that beggar
