Honestly, looked at through a film critic lens it is kinda bad. I also cried during it but in the end, it’s about a dickhead dude being punished for his actions and suddenly becoming a good guy when he realizes. Before the remote takes over his life he is a dick. He threatens children in the movie. Like idk I just don’t feel bad for him now. The movie just puts him in a shitty situation and makes you feel bad without putting in real work to make the story good. It’s just a guy skipping through his life because he doesn’t care to actually live it

@@terinrichardson6061 honestly that's fair, and i likely only view it in a positive light because of the nostalgia attached to it. I kind of find it easier to sympathise with the character because he's not meant to be likable. He's meant to be rude and plain horrible. For me, seeing him develop through understanding consequences of even the tiniest actions (that could lead into habits that over time harm his family relationship) was an acceptable plot point. But hey to each our own. Thoughts on 50 First Dates tho?

Regarding having chat on screen for KZbin videos, I think you should find away around it for Marketing Monday, record yourself separately while having the chat for the live stream. I feel like it makes the marketing Mondays come across as more off the cuff and less planned, structured and well researched. I enjoy it all the same but I could understand new viewers being put off by live chat, thinking the video is basically just a highlight reel or your latest stream
