Ingredients:
Dough:
175 g butter (6.17 oz)
125 g sugar (4.41 oz)
4 eggs
150 g 30% sour cream (5.29 oz or 2/3 cup)
175 g all-purpose flour (6.17 oz or 1 3/8 cups)
16 g baking powder (0.56 oz or 3 1/3 teaspoons)
150 g ground poppy seeds (5.29 oz)
Cream:
500 ml milk (2.11 cups)
75 g vanilla custard powder or cornstarch (2.65 oz or 5/8 cup)
100 g sugar (3.53 oz)
250 g butter (8.82 oz)
150 g 30% sour cream (5.29 oz or 2/3 cup)
topping:
150 g dark chocolate (5.29 oz)
150 g milk chocolate (5.29 oz)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 30 cm x 40 cm (12" x 16")

Спасибо, Шеф! Просто фантастика- руки сами тянутся к миксеру и весам. Мера веса " в унциях" -это очень по-родному, душевно.. Вспомнилось, как маковую начинку мама готовила: мак заваривали и пропускали через мясорубку с сахаром.

Dishes including poppy seeds (mák in Czech) were very dear at home. We had them in bread, little pies, rolls (buchta) and even on top of fruit dumplings (ovocne knedliky)... lovely old times when I had no problem with wheat flour. I have a fainted memory of my mom soaking the seeds in milk and grinding them (she had a poppy seed-dedicated grinder) before using them. I love these old recipes even when I can't cook and made a junk journal with old recipes from both my Czech and English families for my daughter. This channel inspired me to do it. I can't cook, as I said, but even so I think cooking is an art. Love from Buenos Aires (Argentina).

Спасибо,Анна за рецепт!Делала как пробабушка -два тонких коржа с кремом,мак предварительно замачивала в молоке,процежевала и немного подогревала .Сверху белая глазурь с цукатами. У нас в стране очень многие любят пироги,торты и булочки с маком. В магазине после 18 их уже нет,быстро покупают. Уверена что с шоколадом тоже отлично!Привет из России❤

Tłumaczenie jest dość niechlujne albowiem NIE jest to tort tylko ciasto makowe. Tort jest zupełnie innym wypiekiem i produktem choć , jak widać, wiele osób nie widzi żadnej różnicy. A ona jest. I to zasadnicza.
