I can only speak from personal experience. It could well be that middleman services are trying to cause a little bit of FUD. But in my experience they arrived perfectly

i opened 3 of these and kept one sealed. On the third one i opened i got almost nothing from celebrations packs but got a rainbow rare chunkachu from vivid voltage. still no charizard from celebrations but completely happy with the pokemon center etbs

Ace grading should do a service where they offer a slab without a grade, I have soooo many cards I'd love to have slabbed but without a grade because the condition is great but they're my favourites
