My husband and I love going and finding vintage dishes and glass but the woman made us put items back because she said we needed to leave stuff for other shoppers. We chose the ones we really loved and haven't been back to Goodwill since

I went to Goodwill for the first time today. Found 6 wine glasses with blue stems and a bubbly clear glass and nice rounded edges and quite heavy. I don't know what to do with them now or how to look them up. Nothing on the bottom. Found a beautiful Japanese vase, a vintage or antique lamp. There was a bowl from Mexico I picked up, but need to go back with a cart and not use the basket on my walker. The gal wrapped everything so nicely for me! I found a lot of very heavy glass there too, but didn't buy as I had no more room. I have to get my ebay up and going again.

Me too! I hate it right now when it's the darkest like starting at 4:30pm!!! Yes it does it effect everyone including animals. And some people get S.A.D. because of the lack of sun. Us Canadians make sure we are topped up on our Vitamins B12 & D.

You never know what you will find a GW! About 10 years ago, I came across a Waterford $500 presentation bowl on the very top shelf for $24! I am Irish but there is no way I could afford to pay $500 for a bowl! GW saved me! I was I heaven! I also had a senior discount on top of it. If I remember correctly, it saved me like $5!

The green cacti you bought are sold in a set of 3 for under $20 at any IKEA store (tall saquaro, middle size catus, and short barrel cactus). They are a current item found in the Marketplace section of the store. I bought a set 2 years ago and they were still selling them at that price in December 2021. I've never found replicas of the bubble lights my parents brought back from Japan in 1952. They ordered a Christmas tree while dad was stationed in Japan and it was delivered on the back of a bicycle fully decorated. I wasn't born until 1953 but I have memories of using those decorations till they fell apart.

After you looked at the wood reindeer, up on the top shelf in front of the angel was a little house with a snowman out front that I had also found in a Goodwill and it lights up. The glow from the windows I love.

I am def in!!! I did not watch this video until late tonight, but tomm it's list 2 items every night!!! I have a HUGE death pile that just keeps growing every day because I keep shopping. LOL. This year my fave Goodwill is holding off on selling the really good Christmas stuff until Dec 10th & instead of offering bags of mult items, they are hanging them on a tree, selling for $1.99 each... They have also started looking items up and really marking the prices up. I do still find some things that slips by and reg pricing & always happy about that. You and Tiffany sure find some great things at this GW... I am coming out there and a couple other locations to shop next summer when I retire from my corp fulltime job..

I have the sunflower bean pot, the old style one, with horizontal handles. That was my pattern, the entire time I was married. Plates, pot, bowls, chip & dip, platter. Ahhh I miss the bowls! (My ex kept most of it when we divorced.)

I collect the beaded jeweled handmade 1970s ornaments. The ornies in the basket do have value. I would have bought the single one, it was a good price. I never find these anymore in the wild!! Good find!

I did the same thing when I was selling on Etsy. But couldn't sell a lot because I had things I couldn't sell on Etsy. So now that I'm selling on macari I've gotten more sales easy to use. Selling for 3 months sold $400 worth already
