to me happiness is "the satisfaction caused by peace of mind". As reference, it's the same kind of peace of mind achieved by meditation or prayer but when it becomes a "situation" you are, at least, mentally in. and the same satisfaction, bliss and joy from being able to stop and realize that you _are_ happy, without it being just words of affirmation but a real state of mind and feeling. also something good to remember is that "true" happiness is "boring", the other stuff is different, like having fun, adrenaline, excitements and so on. thanks, and shall we all listen to our bodies much love to you btw very cute beanie

they say when someone takes a job it becomes what they are if you find a job you like its not really like working maybe the most important thing in life is finding the right job where you feel comfortable going to work gives you purpose and an identity of who you are medical school is an investment its a gamble whether or not it will pay off only your instinct can tell you this answer about whether or not it would be right for you yes a very stressful situation and yes if you dont learn to manage stress it will literally kill you that would explain the tumor if you dont learn how to relax you will die of a heart attack how do I find happiness? I once read an interview with steve vai who said happiness is a decision for me how a person feels is a decision regret is a mindet happy is a mindset anger is a mindset patience is a mindset anxiety is a mindset confidence is a mindset fear is a mindset sorrow is a mindset hate is a mindset love is a mindset etc happiness has to come from inside you and not depend on anything external like i cant be happy because _______ that person is inside you no one is going to find that person for you never underestimate the power of being positive combined with suggestion ask yourself what are you thankful for ?

WORDS OF WISDOM!!! thank you! yep, even just thinking about med school stressed me out. felt like i was gunna have to sacrifice my soul. the summer i spent studying for the exam was one of the worst summers of my life, barely remember it. completely agree that happiness is a mindset. i think it can eventually become a resting state once you leave survival mode and realize there is no real threat. always appreciate your comments! 🤓🙏🏼
