The ai has no clue what it’s doing, I once witnessed the ravens trade Lamar Jackson, who just came off an mvp season and a Super Bowl win, for a like 85 overall auto generated OT and probably a few draft picks, then instead of finding a new QB they just stuck with Tyler Huntley and won like 5 games over the next 2 years. Even compared to other EA sports games like NHL, the ai is just completely bonkers in Madden. It’ll just seemingly at random make huge blockbuster trades that make no sense

Madden is the most vanilla a game can be during simulation. Every time I sim, the stats seem the same. A 4000 yard passer with 100 rating, 1300 yard rusher, one 1000 yard receiver, one guy with ten sacks. Every time!
