I cook all the time. Whenever I make something, I always want someone’s honest opinion. I’d rather you tell me you’re not a fan of it than lie about it to spare my feelings. My favorite thing about cooking is taking food someone hates and finding ways to make them love it. For example, My mom hates cooked spinach and feta cheese, guess what I made spanakopita and she loves it! I don’t care if you’re my mom, spouse, kid, or a stranger. I’ve never gotten upset when someone doesn’t like what I cooked because just because it taste good to me, doesn’t mean it’s going to taste good to someone else. Cooking is art. Sometimes it can be a challenging, but that is when I become determined. M- don’t let this discourage you. If you continue to figure out your mom’s taste palette, it will make you a better cook than you already are. 💕

Also she said the bread was soggy so i suggest you use more butter when you grill them & grill both side. Lower the fire temperature to like 3 or 4 so the bread can toast slowly
