Super cute! Keep the wispy ends, they really suit you and look way more natural! Not sure what your plans are for how long to keep them in for but might be worth making up a spray bottle with water and tea tree oil to spray on your scalp to help with any itching if you don’t wash your hair for a while 😊

Your dreads are SO cute! Honestly wish I had someone to help me install mine, been doing it on my own and it's SUPER hard. I have been wearing dreads since February of this year and I still can't get my sections right in the back. My first set of DE synth dreads (the ones I'm wearing in my picture ) are now wrecked...They need re sealed SO bad, and I'm horrible at doing that even though I've watched tons of videos on how to do it. Currently wearing my second set from Alice Dreads which are SE wool and honestly I like the wool set much better. They look better at the scalp, they are much lighter and softer, and I can just roll them to re seal them after a good wash which is awesome. I've already picked out my third set, and am currently growing my real dreads while still wearing my woolies for the extra length.

I didn’t find out about synthetic dreads till I had real dreads made with my hair. I think I would’ve tried the fake dreads first but it’s no biggie because I love knowing it’s my actual hair and that I don’t have to worry about changing them out or them falling out. I’m so happy for you! I’m glad you love your little dreadies! You look great with them!! Keep calm and dread on!

The back of your hair before you put the dreads in reminded me of that cake that has the sprinkles in it. They look really good, you look like you have princess hair. A good tip is when you’re washing your hair you can get one of those bottles with the thin neck and out shampoo mixed with water in it. So it’s easier to get shampoo to your scalp

Like, I want my hair done that short but I spent a long time growing it since I thought it was a good idea to give myself a side shave. It's about as long as your little side hair. I dont have dreads, but my dad does! Dreads take a REALLY long time to dry, depending on how long and thick they are. So just be warned, you may have to wear a towel for a couple hours lol

I think someone else may have commented this, but you can absolutely use a regular conditioner instead of a specific pastelizer! A bit cheaper and you can use a conditioner that you love the smell of 😜
