I mean..patience is actually a good perk,like imgane that youre inside the nancys house and youre camping at the front door then you can stand still and continue to scan without stopping. OR theres just one victim left so youre standing still to scan the victim cause at one point he will have to run

The only time I ever got value out of this perk is as Johnny. I found footsteps, and chased after it, and by the time I found the victim, I had my power nearly ran out (I was going in circles, confused). I hit them like three times before they welled. I knew where it went, so I went down there to go after them, and my power was like 90% filled and ready to use, so I used it and found the victim on the other side of the basement. Dumb story, but meh, if it wasn’t for the perk, I probably would have the power like at 50% or something when I got down to the basement.

Yeah the perk on Johnny seems a little meh. But on cook, it’s actually really damn good! I just pocket scan all match, then when I’m out, I hit a few victims and voila, back to full meter to scan again 😄

If Rage perk ever gets nerfed, I’m guessing lvl 1 stay the same, lvl 2 will be 7.5%, and lvl 3 will be 10% ability charge per hit.

You only ever need 42 savagery for cook it's the exact same as 50 and you can then dumb the rest into endurance.

JAYMES YOU DONT NEED MAX SAVAGERY theres a google doc to tell you, but basically 42 sav and 50 save a re the same hits-to-kill rate on cook.

their bleed times and hits from others matter, all hits to kill were tested on 50 toughness victims, there is a difference from 42 to 50 savagery but its not noticeable from full health and are the same, if that makes sense, for example, same hits to kill on a full health victim, but when they have lower health your savagery may change the kill from 2 hits to 1.
