A good weapon for Robin would be the Witchblade or a symbiote from Marvel comics. Both weapons become a part of their user's bodies so Robin would be able to create duplicates of either with her DF ability. Not to mention the crazy utility and durability they provide.

I'll do you one better; Ragnarok the Demon Sword from Soul Eater. Ragnarok follows a lot of the same logic as the Symbiotes from Marvel, being a Demon Weapon that was melted down and infused into the blood of his partner, but his abilities are arguably better than a standard Symbiote because Ragnarok essentially makes any part of his host's body hard as steel and allows them to weaponize their blood in the form of generating spikes and blades from their body, even controlling their blood remotely or allowing Ragnarok to manifest as a sword or an entirely separate entity, as well as drastically improving his host's healing factor to the point where they heal from all of the incidental wounds and blood loss such an ability confers. And that's not even getting into the peculiarities of Soul Resonance, Ragnarok's unique brand of sonic attacks through Scream Resonance, or the fact that he's designed to induce madness and insanity in both his host and anyone who has their blood contaminated by his own. Needlessly to say, Robin not only having arms as strong as steel, but being able to produce a sword from each one or simply cover each limb in spikes and blades, or worse, THROW said spikes and blades through the air and controlling them telekinetically is kind of the most terrifying thing imaginable. And there'd be an interesting partnership, because Ragnarok is kind of Robin's polar opposite, behaving like a selfish and spoiled brat with no manners whatsoever, and he's also kind of just evil because he's fixated on killing people and literally eating their souls. So having Robin have to babysit such a monstrous creature and also having to fight off whatever influence it would have over her mind would definitely be something, especially given Robin's morbid sense of humor and aesthetics.

Giving Robin a Necronomicon book is a bad idea for many reason that can lead people to their demise or the end of the world. Necronomicon can release evil spirits that possess people and turn them into deadites with no cure except to kill them, so every Strawhats except maybe Brook would be danger with that book on board on Sunny. There is books that that should never been read unless someone wants to end the world/or put it in enternal chaos and make it a living hell.

For Luffy I would give him the personal shield generator from Dune, Its an extra layer of defense particularly against slashing attacks something his rubber body is weak to, would defend him from sea prism stone weapons as they wouldn't actually be touching him and it would work without needing to be in his hands. For Zoro I would give him the dark saber from starwars, It would be much easier to use from his mouth than a normal sword and increase the diversity of his attacks in situations where traditional slashes might not be the most effective as its an energy weapon and would fit in with his existing fighting style and dark aesthetic.

Senbonzakura is 100% the best fit for Robin, not only would the flower petal theming match, she would be able to use it better than Byakuya. The lesser used ability of Senbonzakura Kageyoshi: Senkei allows Byakuya to summon petal blade swords to his hands at will, but he’s limited by his 2 hands where as Robin could use a much greater number from an infinite number of attack angles. Furthermore, Robin is currently lacking in any way to affect enemies with strong defence, but Senkei’s blades have high penetrative properties and would perfectly cover the catch-22 she currently has of her attacks being incredibly flexible but weak.

I think it might be more realistic for Luffy to use Gryphon (Shank's sword) rather than Rogers' Ace since Shanks is the reason why Luffy was inspired to become a pirate in the first place, not to mention the straw hat. i think if you exclude luffy you can give the Strawhats just the Arsenal from the Devil May Cry games Like Nami gets Cerberus (tripartited Nunchuk with freezing abilities) Franky gets Chavilerrie (Motorcycle which can transforms into 2 Big busterswords with saws) and Pandoras Box (Mechanical Briefcase which can transform into 666 really devsting weapons), Brook gets Nevan (Demonic E-Guitar which can shoot Purple Flashes and summon swarms of vampirebats), Jimbai gets Beowulf (powergauntlets and -greaves which kinda fits Jimbeis Karate in the Games), Chooper gets V´s Cane (Walking stick who can summon an Egle, Panther and Giant Demon Which can support Chopper or give him cover when he heals someone) For Usoopp the Games have a pretty good amount of cool firearms and i would also give him Aquilla (Pair of vinylsized shurken which can be remotecontrolled) Robin gets Dr.Faust (an Hat who much looks like the one from her Baroque Outfit which gives her Demonic Powers like firering Energyorbs with her Fingers and skywalk like Sanji) Sanji gets Balrog or Gilgamesh (both are Power-Gauntlets and Greaves one are imbued with the hottest flames from the underworld and the other has circular saws on the Greaves) and finally for zorro we have Agni&Ruda (double swords which can create and control Storms and Fire and kinda have the same shape like the two swords he used in Arlong Park) and Yamato (Demonic Katan wich was wielded from the strongest warrior of the Underworld) ther you have it really a perfect set of weapons from one other Franchies
