Back in the days ( I think it was early 2020s), your calisthenics videos and e-book helped me to get into sports. I'm now more of a yoga and weight lifting person, but I stayed consistent and still enjoy all of your videos. Just leaving this comment to say thank you and send some best wishes for 2025 🥰

You are honestly the BEST fitness person to follow and deserve every success!! You always seem to be taking more on and setting new goals or thinking you aren't doing enough but I hope you can also acknowledge how amazing you already are now. You bring so much joy, positivity and inspiration ☺️ all the best for 2025!

Lucy, I found your videos about 1.5 years ago and started my calisthenics journey. I am juggling a lot in life right now so moving at turtle speed, but that's ok! I am seeing progress and am so proud of myself :-) Although I have always been athletic, I have not always been strong (especially my upper body). I went rock climbing with my 9 year old daughter the other week for the first time and she told me I did a good job! I loved it and would not have had the upper body strength to do that before. I am also a tad older than you at 41 and feel I learned so much in the years between 35 to now. I would recommend you try to step back and objectively ask - what is the universe trying to tell me? And the answer is - that you are doing a great job!! And sometimes that real career success - more success than you imagine - can feel like it came out of nowhere. But, it didn't. It seems like it came from years of hard work, creativity, determination, and so on. And it's just now starting to really bloom and will only continue to grow. So, try to sit in the fact (because it's a fact) that you are good at what you do and deserve it. Come up with a mantra to tell yourself each day! And doing this day after day, one day you will believe it (and believe in yourself) too. Confidence (not cockiness) is beautiful. Step into your power! I spent many years reflecting on these topics and hope this works for you because you deserve it. Much love and continued success.

Hi Kristin, thank you SO much for your comment. It honestly means more than you could know and reading it this Monday morning has already made my week great! I will absolutely try to practice your advice as much as possible! It sounds like you’ve done incredibly and you should be so proud exactly how your daughter is if you too! Sending all my love ❤️❤️❤️

I despise those types of challenges, most people lead very stressful lives and have forgotten how to slow down and enjoy life and time by yourself too.

I really love how you organised your office, I'm gonna take this as an inspiration to continue organising our shared office as well. 🙂Also seeing the pictures of your group hike at the end of the video was fun, seeing so many happy people together.

I used to love exercise and cross training - Gym, running, squash, swimming. Years have passed, and now I do very little, but my intentions are yoga, walking, callisthenics and skipping. Love your cats, I also have 3, 2 British shorthairs and a Burmese - all rescued.

Hey Lucy! I'm no professional, however, if I were to give you some advice about the impostor syndrome, I would tell you to OWN IT!!!! EVERYTHING! For example, instead of feeling overwhelmed by how grateful you are but that you can't believe you are where you are, just take pride in everything you have accomplished and really embrace it! Think to yourself, "Yes! I did this! This is amazing!". Just own it girl! It will lift you so high! Love your content and your personality. I look forward to every random vlog you upload! ❤

I've found mixing and matching works best for me.. My main fitness bread and butter is cycling, and I complement that with kettlebell, calisthenics, dumbells, online aerobic routines and core, primal movement etc. I think the body needs variation. Some weeks I'll do 300 kettlebell swings a day and then I wont; touch it for weeks and do bodyweight stuff instead.

Beautiful Lucy, have you heard of Hannah Louise Poston? She has a wonderful Fashion playlist on her KZbin channel. One of my favorite parts about her channel is she gives 'formulas' for you to incorporate to use what you already have in your closet to build put-together outfits. I've gone from pretty clueless to re-loving a lot of my clothes in the last 6 months or so because of her. I highly recommend!
