To help explain the Uno Points, at the end of the round, whatever points that everyone else has at the end of the round, goes to the winner of that round, and some people play the game until they get certain amount of points

To answer Ross question about points, each card have a number a points. You need to get rid of the card with more points when playing the game. At the end of the game the winner gets all the points from the cards of the other players. For example, if you win (Max), you will get the points from, Jerry, Ross and Pooky. If you play many games, you could say the person with the most points wins. For example Ross wins two times and gets 70 points and Jerry wins one and gets 180 points. Jerry would have won, because he made more points. If you go in the video at 7:44 or 7:45. When Ross wins, the number of points is writed at the bottom right of Ross's card. If you look at the other cards, they all have 0's where Ross as 50. That means Ross made 50 points while the other players made 0 points.

With the points, I think that's how much you lose at the end of a round if that card is in your hand. The way I've played it is everyone starts with 500 points, then when someone loses their final card everyone subtracts the total points of their hand from their score. Whoever won the round loses 0 points because they have no cards. After however many rounds you decide to play, the person who has the most points left (so the person that has ended each round with the fewest/least valuable cards) is the overall winner!

That way, people get punished for holding on to +4 cards because that's a LOT of points. Someone can win all but one round, but if at the end of one round they have a 27 card hand with the most valuable cards they can still lose to someone who ended each round with a couple of low value cards.

Ross is actually correct, in the actual physical card game, each card is worth a certain amount of points and you add up all your points at the end of the round. The person who wins gets none, since they have no cards left, and at the end of your session whoever ends up with the most points looses :)))

The points a winner gets is based off of the point value of your opponents cards at the end of the game (I.e you get more points if you win with your opponents having shitloads of cards)

Ross is correct, there is points in the real UNO, the numbers on their card is their own points, +2, skip and reverse are 20 points, and wild and +4 wild is 50. It's if you're playing multiple games with the same people. The goal is to have 0 cards and at the end of the round, the amount of points you get added up. The goal is to have the least points possible at the end of the game
