The self tanner looks really natural tbh!!! You just inspired me to glow up tonite and use a bath bomb I’ve been hoarding for over a year 😂

As an esthetician I have some tips about the self tanner: DHA (dihydroxyacetone) reacts with the amino acids in your skin to turn your skin color deeper. It picks up on dead skin cells, so if you have any dry patches/flakes/roughness, it will catch on it and develop darker/more orange. Having well prepped skin prior to tanning helps to get an even and streak/patch free glow. I know this tanner has an exfoliating complex in it, so don't exfoliate beforehand, just cleanse with a gentle cleanser and pat your skin dry. Btw i LOVE your videos and your aesthetic is amazing. So glad you're doing well xoxo Keep up the great work

for the self-tanner! I am a Polynesian dancer so during the winter months I try to self-tan. Biggest thing! EXFOLIATE & MOISTURIZE! tips: 1.couple days prior I recommend exfoliating the body in a light scrub, dry brush, or a loofah. The biggest thing for problems with applications and longevity of a tan is when dead skin scuffs off and this might do so in patches. 2. day before a tan do all the shaves if you want, I don't recommend too much to do it the day of if your skin is sensitive and depending on the tanner might settle in the pores making you look a little speckled. 3. for the face I would not do a physical scrub unless it's very fine. chemical exfoliators are the best as they don't have a micro-edge that can cause tears or scaring and premature aging. 4. for the face I would use developing drops that you can drop into your moisturizer and the more drops the darker the color. 5. before tanning the body put on some lotion of your choice in areas that will crease or collect more color. such as elbows, knees, knuckles, wrists, toes. then go on top with tanner. this will help with really saturated color in those areas that are a dead giveaway for a fake tan. 6. after all done! moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! dry skin is the enemy. 7. when the tan starts to fade especially in patches feel free to light scrub areas that are taking a bit longer for the color to fade so you match all over. Fake tan was something that was life changing for me. I love that glowy look and feeling (especially in winter), but I don't want to be out there damaging my skin. I would recommend honestly trying lots of the full- body gradual tanners. Winter is the perfect time to practice because some of them are stronger (St. Tropez in my experience) and you can end up a little streaky, but it isn't visible if you're wearing jeans and sweaters. I also totally feel like there's absolutely nothing wrong with focusing on your outside appearance to give yourself a boost. Obviously unhealthy obsession or critiquing yourself is not good, but clothes and makeup can be so powerful in affecting your internal feelings. My personal favorite is having make nails painted and looking clean. It makes me *feel* put together even when I otherwise feel like a disaster.

I have pretty similar eyebrows to yours and I get them threaded, otherwise it takes forever if I was to pluck them after letting it „all hang out“ for a few months. But I don‘t like to trim them, I just use eyebrow mascara to keep the long hairs from going in the wrong direction. Think you would love the definition too ;) Looking gorgeous before and after :)

I have very similar eyebrows and I keep them tamed (as tamed as possible lol) and orderly using straight blade nail clippers. They make it so much easier and you have pretty much full control over the shape of your brows this way. Highly recommend for next time! 🙂
