The random AP scalings on ADCs are for Baron buff (20-80 AP!) and other random buffs (like the support item that gives an ally AP and ability haste). Basically so those aren't wasted on your champ.

Only 15 minutes in and people shitting on Ahri but really she is good at predicting your movements for her charm and doesn't seem that bad. Just wasn't ready for a Vayne lethality matchup. Based on her play she will be ready for next time for sure. Her team needs to grow up and look to themselves.

Yeah she took MR assuming it was Swain mid and then got level 1 cheesed. Not much you can do about that, and none of her teammates came to try and salvage the lane until it was way too late.

It's hyper unfortunate. Assumed she would be laning against Swain then ended up against Vayne. Her skillshots and charms were not bad at all too, which definitely means she isn't a bad player. She was just no where near ready for the matchup at all.
