I think I actually have a solution to this but I’m not pig lol, I had a very laggy pc on steam vr until I did a few things like close apps that are running using task manager (not something that your pc needs to run) or you could connect your PC up to an Ethernet cable instead of wireless internet, I have a laptop that runs it so I don’t know about the Ethernet one, but the majority of the problem is because of apps open either on desktop or in the background Hope this helps
