Can you do bead art in multiple layers to make it voxel-art?
@Itwascute_fuck4 жыл бұрын
Jani Kärkkäinen yes.
@janikarkkainen39044 жыл бұрын
@@Itwascute_fuck Interesting! How does one go about doing that? One layer at a time, and superglue the layers together? (I mean, I can't think of a way to get two Perler bead layers together with the traditional ironing method)
@Itwascute_fuck4 жыл бұрын
Jani Kärkkäinen yeah, some kind of glue is the easiest way. Gorilla glue, hot glue, etc. you can also do it by making an interlocking pattern and then you just pop the pieces together like putting together a puzzle. I’ve done it both those ways. I know people experiment with using the oven. But I haven’t tried it that way, and I feel like it would be pretty difficult to accomplish consistently with that method.

It’s just like that craze Beados or something (in Australia), but they were circular and only 2D. They also got recalled cause people were swallowing them and they had some sort of poison on them. It was a big thing at the time. I remember our mum got us some after the announcement but she was like ‘just wash your hands after playing with them’. We did have fun with it so it was all chill.
