Exactly! We’ve transitioned to value convenience over quality, until it became the standard. So anything now that’s different such as venting vegan or healthier appear to be abnormal. Which is shouldn’t...I have hope though that over the next decade our food industry is really going to pivot for the better. ☺️🍵

I know, That’s true there are many variations of why people decide to become vegan: for the betterment of the planet, animal cruelty, and to eat healthier (though you can be vegan and still have a poor diet). But, all the same, whatever those reasons are, people still look at veganism in a weird light simply because it’s not the status quo.

Omg I think a past me can relate to you, what really helped me was doing things out of my comfort zone once in a while and then going into my comfort zone for a few days and then again doing something like that so I didn't drain myself by doing things constantly! I've been to 3 movies alone it's so worth it, it's liberating when you don't have to always accommodate schedules with busy friends for your fav movie. Definitely worth it, I hope this rant helps u haha

You can do it. Go outside and just sit at the bench for 5 Minutes. If the feeling is ok, stay there. If it isn't, go home. I feel you. I have an anxiety disorder as well and it consumed my life in the last years, I lost friends and a relationship because of it. I don't want this no more so I force myself to go outside and do things, even with people. And you can always go home, if everything is too much. I honestly feel like I am missing out on life/'actually' doing stuff when studying alll day for an exam for example. And it really is nice and helps to see someone else be committed to study a lot and it makes it easier to find a balance between being in my study 'bubble' and taking time to appreciate life more. Ooh that golden building is a concert hall, the Berlin Philharmonie, and the inside is absolutely stunning! If it's possible make sure to go in to watch a concert, enjoy the amazing acoustics and incredible architecture! Or if not, at least Google the inside, it's so much more impressive than the outside. (I might be slightly biased since I went there as an architecture student doing research on acoustics :))

You know why it has a front rack instead of one on the back? Because when they started at the TU Delft they found that people would give rides to others which would damage the rack and backwheel and thus increase repaircost. Easily solved though, just sit on the front rack ;)

Love this vlog 😻 As a bike lover you would love the city Münster, which is in the western part of Germany near the dutch border. Everyone has a bike and the city is full of people going everywhere by bike.
