Omg I think a past me can relate to you, what really helped me was doing things out of my comfort zone once in a while and then going into my comfort zone for a few days and then again doing something like that so I didn't drain myself by doing things constantly! I've been to 3 movies alone it's so worth it, it's liberating when you don't have to always accommodate schedules with busy friends for your fav movie. Definitely worth it, I hope this rant helps u haha

You can do it. Go outside and just sit at the bench for 5 Minutes. If the feeling is ok, stay there. If it isn't, go home. I feel you. I have an anxiety disorder as well and it consumed my life in the last years, I lost friends and a relationship because of it. I don't want this no more so I force myself to go outside and do things, even with people. And you can always go home, if everything is too much. If it's possible make sure to go in to watch a concert, enjoy the amazing acoustics and incredible architecture! Or if not, at least Google the inside, it's so much more impressive than the outside. the "golden building" is the berlin philharmonic, a very great classical concert hall, designed by Hans Scharoun. Go for a berlin philharmonic concert, when u have time - there are really great and the building is insane :)

@@abalada Amazing! I watched the last saison 10+ concerts of the philharmonics and there were all amazing. Sometimes I prefer some specific conductors (Petrenko, Rattle, Gilbert, Järvi, Harding), but the orchestra is one of the best in the world. Petrenko (the chief conductor) is always a good idea and he is playing a bunch of concerts this season. If its still sold out at the website, please check out the box office. There are also cheaper tickets (18 euros per ticket) for everyone under 29. And there are a very professional hygiene concept during these corona times.
