Wonpoodle plus the "first look" before cerimony. IMHO: a) no force in nature (or not-natural) could actually dent Saf+Ty relations, so... b) for any couple, not sure adding that "jinx" legends help. As Amari Productions said, a "first look" help to vent out some nerves, gave time for the couple alone for photo and just "adjust" before hordes of relatives and friends start to stampede around, and stress and music and crying and on.

I love your choices! My husband and I got married 16 years ago on Halloween. I wore a black vinyl ball gown for our rehearsal dinner/costume party. For our actual wedding I wore a white organza "princess bride " type gown with floor-length sleeves. We decorated with black magic roses and white pumpkins. People still talk about our wedding; even the older, more conservative members of our families still tell their friends what a beautiful day it was. I don't think that is a huge amount of money. One thing she used to do, take old gowns and retrofit them for the bride. It was some of the most beautiful creations. I miss her so very much.

She does spend a lot of money researching and buying her own materials for her channel so probably half of that alone is business expenses. After taxes in California though - it doesn't really come down to a lot. She's very good at what she does and produces/create quality content. I look forward to her new uploads. I'm proud of her for making it.

That's right. I was married, widowed later, remarried later, and never was a traditional bride. At my first wedding, I was married in a lacey burgundy dress with a satin cummerbund and burgundy hat. For my second wedding, my dress was a custom lavender satin. It was a medieval style dress, with satin ribbon criss crossed down the bodice and white ribbon rosettes. The veil was a matching shade of lavender tulle, attached to a headband with flowers. Both of them were beautiful.

To say, "they are: engaged, betrothed, affianced" makes perfect grammatical sense. To say, "they are married and/or wedded" again, makes perfect sense. "Matrimonied" on the other hand, standing on its own or in context - well, it's not hitting it out of ballpark, that's for sure. It's not making it past the mound ;) Now, "married, wedded, ESPOUSED" not only works, but it is the perfect counterpoint to "affianced".

I really, really love this. Not only this black dress but the entire process for the whole ceremony. I always wanted to get married but was never inspired by the ultra “traditional” styles or settings - to the point where I settled on thinking that maybe a wedding just wasn’t for me. But this reminded me that you can still have a gorgeous ceremony with traditional ‘concepts’ but in a way that remains true to yourself. I love your non-traditional approach and I hope that I am lucky enough to have such a beautiful wedding.
