Alternating between night treatments including tretinoin (covered with oil to prevent as much moisture loss as possible), chemical exfoliation (AHA/BHA left for 30 min, and then covered with oil - but usually The Ordinary Alpha Lipoic Acid), and recovery / moisturising (calming / hydrating serums, moisturising night mask, covered in oil). Tretinoin and alpha lipoic acid are the best things that have happened to my skin in near a decade. And, in places with national health care, they're both very affordable. In Canada, tretinoin is around $28 CAD for 40 mL, but it lasts a long time. And alpha lipoic acid from The Ordinary is around $6 CAD. But I use ALA on most of my body, so I go through it pretty quickly. 😅

I drink lots of water and fruits, I use homemade scrubs such as coffee mixed with tumeric and greek yoghurt scrub, then at night I apply olive oil.
@TarotRider-t2m4 жыл бұрын
I just do simple stuff , somedays I apply homemade facemask. It could be anything like honey, yogurt, clay. At night I just use oils like coconut, sunflower mixed with essential oil. I have stopped using chemical stuff like creams, lotions. It's very harmful in long run.

You legally have to state if it's sponsored and a big company like refinary 29 probably would adhere to the law even if smaller youtubers don't. I wouldn't be surprised if the spa place is associated with them. The last time I went to a spa there were multiple different facials that only used one brand (which I think is to stop reactions seeing as they have different formulas idk) so either the spa only uses that brand for one facial or they only use that brand 🤷🏼♀️

I know this is Old, but every one realizes that the camera is hiding a lot of their blemishes right? And just because you don’t see them here doesn’t mean they DON’T have them. I get them still, but some weeks are more healed that others. Facials helps a lot. I was getting them once a month before quarantine and I have horrible acne and acne scarring. I’ve used the knowledge they gave me, but I know I’m going to have to go back once this is all over. I totally recommend finding yourself a good esthetician to supplement with the Dermatologist. The both of them will help you with your skin needs (one medically, the other by helping you care for your skin).
