Fun fact! The yarn you're holding up at 17:33 is made from Orlon, which is the first Acrylic fiber ever made! Originally created by DuPont in 1941

The orange hand held one is a finger massager. You push one finger between the 2 yellow rollers up and down the finger to promote blood flow. Your young hands might not feel the benefits as much as some of us who have seen a few more seasons than you 😊. Good job on all those orders!

I have a hand massager very similar to yours. I use it frequently, but especially when I’ve overdone the crafting or I need to warm up my arthritic fingers. Well worth the money that I paid for it.

As I recall, that yarn was sold at Woolworths stores. I don't know if it was sold somewhere else, but remember it from the Woolworths stores. Kind of hard and scratchy. I think that if you washed it it softened up a bit. I'm 75. Seeing Wondura Orlon Acrylic brings back a lot of memories. Nostalgic memories. Wow!

I switched up the rainbow granny square cardigan so that I am now using the squares to make a blanket. Much less math and I'm ready to be done using squares like this for a while. I think I'll be giving it to my sister unless I end up falling in love with it but I think I'm keeping my double strand rainbow scrap yarn blanket for myself.

Hello! I think to keep myself consistent with commenting I’m just going to say what I did while watching this video. And today I made it through four rows of knitting a scarf for my dad. I’m very very new to knitting so it took me a while, but it was fun! Thanks for the entertainment! (Also that marble packaging was like, perfect, with the hat he ordered. The greys and creams worked so well with the gold and greys of the bag)

@thedinabrooks11 ай бұрын
Love the granny scarf. When it says "soft white", that would be the name of the actual color. So white would not match, soft white would. Rather than making one giant scarf, you could sew the squares to make a hat and matching scarf

Hi Kelsie, I have some Caron Cake Chunky #6. Would it work for the hat instead of holding 2 strands together? Would you ever knit one up and show as you finish it? I’m still working on my knitting style, I seem to knit like you but too tight so it’s hard to get the needles in. What do you do to keep it looser around the needle tips? Love all your things and thank you.
@AnnieN9910 ай бұрын
I believe the #6 would work in place for the 2 strands from what I see on the craft yarn council. Sorry I don't have any help on the tension. There may be some tips for tension on KZbin or potentially somewhere on Google? I wish you luck! I'm learning knitting myself recently ❤

Does anyone know if I need a printer to start my Etsy? Or can the shipping label be printed at the post office?? I’ve looked everywhere for an answer and I can’t find one.
@Kaiya_Crochets10 ай бұрын
You don’t need a thermal printer to print labels! I used a regular office printer with plain old printer paper to print my labels and if just put packing tape over the label to protect it from water damage! Ofc, if you don’t have a printer, the post office can print for you or you could maybe go to your local library and print it yourself :)
