Clean! The parking brake should be a standard on all video headunits its a safety/legality thing that's also easy to bypass if you really want to. The other things that it could affect these days is navigation. I've noticed in my newer car running Android Auto in the stock unit, I can't search any addresses in Waze unless the car is in park not sure if similar is in play for aftermarket units these days.

You have the set up the steering wheel controls through the head unit. Go to SWC in the menu.

Thanks for the vid! I picked up a 2012 XS two weeks ago. Can you let me know if these units allow multiple phone pairing? Cheers! I'd really like to find a way to re-use the stock microphone... might research that.
