One of my seats strap clips broke on a fishing trip so I ordered a couple tactical belts from Amazon and put put eyelets where the screws attach the belt to the chair. Works great!

Is there a reason it's backwards on your car. Does it have something to do with the rudder?

I would put it backwards on my roof rack just because I didn’t want the rudder to take all the pressure on the ground when loading it. I will say that I started rotating it on top of the vehicle to where the rudder was in the back because I had a cable pop from the air resistance when going down the highway

@@joeyfitzpatrickfishing Another question, I have is whether you keep your rudder up or down when driving. I'm thinking if it's down it would have less wind resistance, but I could be wrong.

Just be careful with the back we're the rudder is at. I have had 2 of this boats and both of cracked in same spot.

I've heard that about this kayak. I've always paid extra careful attention to not put any weight on that spot for sure
