Fun fact.. I was the first person to join into Crossfader's DJ Academy. It's amazing to see the collaboration. I'm on my own journey now, and have warmed up for Tita Lau at Space & met Rashun, he was amazing, even came back after getting her to her hotel safe and spent a bit of time with me post booking whilst I played. Such professional people yet also are accommodating to the residents too. Can't say enough at how both have had a positive impact in my life, and was a pleasure to work alongside both Crossfader and Rashun. In turn, Dave Chan who James mentions has given me the best Saturday night residency in Leeds, and it's highly influenced by James. It's an enormous privilege to be booked by Dave knowing how highly James speaks of him 🙌🏼

Took time off work drove 4hrs up North to Lincoln as used to live up there for your set. I'm 43 and not been out for so long I was worried I'm too old for it. But it was amazing and so glad I went. Really grateful that you decided to play these smaller clubs and we got to see real DJing up close. The atmosphere was 🔥.

I've not seen them all but this has to the best Moving Differently. And great job giving 'Dan' his opportunity. Warm up DJing is a fine art which doesn't get the credit it deserves! Perfect content and editing from Wallace and Ben too.👏

Love this video. I've worked in the event industry since 2009 and have done everything from setting productions to DJing to photography. What Joe was saying about setting up a chain to Loading and unloading saves so much time. I absolutely frustrates me when you have only 4 hours to setup and just 2 hours to get out and you have people criss-crossing one another and just getting in each other's way. I think it's so great how you just kept optimising everything throughout the week. Great video and thank you for showing some raw BTS.

Thank you for not only sharing your music but also your journey in the industry. It’s incredibly important to see someone openly showing their path - with all its highs, challenges, and inspiring moments. For young DJs and people just starting their creative journey, this is invaluable support. You remind us that success is not only about talent but also about hard work, dedication, and a true love for music. Stories like yours inspire us to keep moving forward, even when the road seems tough. Thank you for your contribution to the culture and for motivating us to push on no matter what!

first time watcher here! i rlly like how this video gives a real insider perspective on what goes on behind the scenes. often i feel like big djs look so disconnected from their team, but we can really see the team dynamic in this, and james, and all the others, are treated like equals in their team (other than his bed LOL), i found it nice to see! i would love to be apart of team hype one day 💪

James my county Lincolnshire . .I was born in Boston . . That first track was f****** hard bro , Dizzy rascal then when it drop seriously gave me goosebumps . . Night club looked decent with the layout , obviously i cannot hear the sound system for real . . Don't be so negative lol more positive vibes , I say this with love but sometimes you look at certain things a little on the downside . . Like when you go to venues in different countries , sometimes you think they don't know who you are lol or are they familiar to your music . . You're a legend Globally my friend And if they don't like your music , then they're not worthy of listening and watching you play your sets . . You are so humble bro and you're looking very well . . Moving differently . . WHO DOES THIS . . Love to you and the crew . . Stay safe 🤜🤛🙏🙏💯🎄💖💯🎁💖💯☃️💖💯❄️💖

My girlfriend and I thought we would have to go to Vegas to see you. We were delighted when you decided to play a venue within walking distance of my house. We knew it was a student night and were both over 40 so we don't often go out. Out. We were lucky enough to be right at the front for the intro of james set. Had a great time. Loved the faster bpm. Debrief 9/10 best thing I spoke to Rash and shook his hand. Hes the real VP. Worst thing James only played for an hour. I would have danced for 2 ;) Lincoln was rocked on a Tuesday night. Who does this?
