Scholar's mate Doesn't earn 100 accuracy in the eyes of stockfish because it measures accuracy as if your playing against stockfish itself and because stockfish would never blunder that the moves you need to do to scholars mate are mostly considered inaccuracies according to stockfish 16 so it wouldn’t get you 100% accuracy but it is possible for it to happen if your opponent plays the right moves allowing you to play fool's mate: 1.e4 1.g5 2.kc3 2.f6 3.Qh5#

I think the h file checkmate is for things like the fishing pole trap where you sac a knight or bishop on g5 or g4 to the h pawn to open the file and create rook+queen combo on the h file against a king that short castled.
