Town of Salem is a social deduction game similar to Among us and Goose Goose Duck. Among Us/Goose Goose Duck allows you to play the game with up to 4-15 players, Town of Salem allows up to 15 players in a single game.
Like Among Us/Goose Goose Duck, you can be good or evil with factions such as Town, Mafia and Neutrals. Among/Goose Goose Duck us has 2 roles (without mods), town of salem has 33 different characters in the base game. Town of Salem is a great alternative to Among Us/Goose Goose duck if you're looking for another game in the social deduction genre. Game 1 I would have said. "Coven don't kill me, you need my vote Vs pest. Pest don't kill me or 2 coven will vote you up I flip coin tomorrow to decide pest or coven. Whoever kills me loses. Take the coin flip tomorrow." Then I would side pest and say "this is what you get for voting me 4".

Can't be helped. Even if the pestilence killed a coven member, the GA would still be under threat of an arsonist and another coven member. The most likely alternative scenario that day if the pestilence killed a coven instead in that night would be: WW+GA vs PM vs Pestilence, no one gets voted again -> Pestilence kills WW because he forgot PM existed -> Coven vs Surv vs Pest with the Survivor likely to vote against Pestilence thus siding unintentionally with Coven. Another alternative was: WW+GA vs PM vs Pestilence, Pestilence votes against the coven -> Pestilence kills WW -> Surv vs Pest, Pestilence wins. Yeah, blame the pestilence for not choosing wisely that night. He could have won.

That's the part I don't get. Like I would have gladly voted the Pest on my own because they killed my target. But then the Coven threaten me? Immediately would lost my vote. I'd gladly lose just to let them lose. I don't do what people tell me.

Game 1, "vote 9 or we need to kill u tonight. 2 covens." Actually, you wouldn't need to kill confirmed survivor. If this is 2 coven, your faction in this situation either needs the Pest to kill survivor (unlikely if they've payed attention) and neither of you die to rampage or the survivor votes with you. Killing the survivor actually is a throw because the Pest will create a 1v1 scenario they always win in, and the only thing you accomplished is making a neutral benign lose with you.

I got into Town of Salem through your videos, and I just got a game of ranked practice that I am extremely proud of. I got Ambusher and decided to claim sheriff, since I thought it would be a decent claim to go with. Didn't successfully ambush anyone night one, but the SK died to BG, and vice versa, so I knew for sure that I'd be confident in the info i posted. I just posted inno info for the guy I set the ambush on. Both an investigator and a real sheriff had checked me, so after I claimed sheriff, I got found suspicious, and with non-sheriff, non-framed results. I panicked a little, since I couldn't say exe or framer. However, I managed to think quick and say "Must be a disguiser game", which was enough to keep them off me. Night 2, I set an ambush on the jailer to check for tp, killed the second bg, didn't get called out. I decided to say that the sheriff who found me was sus, but that it could have been disguised or framed, which, again, got me through the day alive. Even better, because the sheriff didn't get voted either, so I had deniability. Night 3, I set my ambush on the sheriff I called sus, figuring that the invest would check them after my accusation. Turns out, I killed a sheriff who never claimed, and the invest went elsewhere. The mafioso killed the jailer after I was certain he was no longer protected, and, at this point, we had maj, since the vig shot the unrevealed mayor n2 Edit: I have learned since that game that Disguiser only changes the results of the mafia target, not the non-mafia target. So, my claim of being disguised explaining the results was nonsense. Thankfully, noone knows how disguiser works, so you can probably use that claim anyway if you have nothing better

I mean to win they had to kill the GA with WW killing as happened in the game and then hope coven + ww ends up in a vote deadlock. The WW could just vote the Pest out with Coven. At that point you had to know there are two coven left to even consider that possibility.

If Pipe makes a mistake like that then I have much more sympathy for a random Pest than him in this case. And my point was that with perfect optimal play from that point onward it was up to the whim of the other players if he wins or not. It wasn't really a throw if he thought there was 1 coven. And even if he played perfectly he wasn't likely to win there.

2 (the WW) visited 10, killing 10 and rampaging anyone who visit 10. 12 visited 2 to track them and 1 visited 2 to set an ambush. Since neither 1 or 12 visited 10, they weren't killed in the rampage.
