1st quarter as you enter: shop style social space with counter to sell if you do open days. Left hand wall (pink wall) BQR mural in black or something. Right hand wall with shelving and rails for clothes/hats and new releases. I would tile the first quarter with white quartz tiles or something similar to create a showroom type feel. You could put a ramp in on one side or whatever for open days. 2nd quarter: A walled off warehouse away from the public eye with racking/shelving. 3rd quarter: A mezzanine - downstairs would have a brightly coloured office space with a L shape desk set up for the computers. Bigger screen mounted on wall to view designs or to just watch films/vids as you work. Shelving/ikea units on other side for storage and maybe even a standing work bench for crafting bits and bobs. Got to watch though, need some sort of natural light to keep the productivity up. I’d have stairs to the top of the mezzanine like you do in the Facture unit and I’d put glass rails in so you could look over the space. A different mural on the same wall or maybe a projector of some sort with a L shaped sofa or some massive bean bags and then on the other wall a massive whiteboard/think board. A polaroid wall would be cool if you’ve got one of them. Could also set it up to control speakers from there if you have open days and go for a shop type layout. I would put some epoxy down on the floor - make it shine. Easier to keep clean in the long run. I love shit like this - picturing what I’d do with different spaces

I think you should put all the business stuff at the very back end of the unit, then in put some metal shelve racks in the middle part to put all of your merch and in the front create like a mini skate park or just do a half-pipe basically... That would be a cool setup imo!

From an efficiency point you should have all of your fast moving stock at the front with a packing bench after it. The half pipe should be in-between the office and used as ad-hoc storage for either the warehouse stock or office events to expand into.

You should build the office thingy all the way in the back, with a top deck like in the fracture projects warehouse. then buy some racks and shelves for all the products. Which makes space in the front for what you would like. The new wallets also look good, i love how much work and passion you put into your brand 🔥🔥🔥
