Are you kidding? Don't talk about how you'll "eventually" make the shop something awesome, it already is! It's already a dream of a shop that I would enjoy more than anything to work in. Keep up the good work, man!

It was awesome watching each video of you working your ass off! Watching it all in one video does not do all the hard work you did justice. Go back and watch all the videos!! His dedication and tenacity got this shop turned around.

Never been more proud of someone I don't even know. Been a sub since Fred and the amount of knowledge you've accumulated over the years is starting to really pay off. I feel like 1 million subs is definitely in your future. Getting the sponsors and presenting the products the way you do is perfect, nothing feels forced and we get to see them in action on a build.

Hey man, amazing job! It came out fantastic. The only thing is the epoxy floor coating you installed. I run a polyespartic floor coating buisness(polyespartic looks like the epoxy but is 10x stronger and durable). 30% of the work i do is removing epoxy that fails and peels away after only a handful of years. No hate at all just recomending that if the coating starts to peel it is worthwhile to get a polyespartic coating. It is oil resistant and looks better, obviously there is a price difference but it is cheaper than installing more epoxy every 2-4 years. I don't run my buisness in your area so this is just my honest opinion.

sweet transformation, i love watching a project take shape! hindsight being 20/20 you could have saved yourself a step and painted walls/beams, then done the floor that way you wouldnt have need to worry about protecting the floor. also noticed you took the time to clean up the floor nice but left some chunky pot holed/cracked spots. for the long run you could have patched those up quick and been even happier with the result.

Looks great. Maybe in the future you could build a coffee table from the engine from the Eclipse - kinda like they did in Top Gear. Would go great with the sofas. A nice memory as a 1st project in the new shop. P.S. maybe get some protective goggles when cutting metal.
