please share some tip on bossing :( why am I feeling like FP doesnt kill boss as fast as IL ? also, should i just pop every skill when it avaiable ? is there a consistent combo for a brain death like me ?

@@yin9121 I've not tried IL so I don't know how they compare, but irrc they're a burst class? Keeping infinity up is the same, but on FP you'll find that your damage goes up a lot the more you're able to consistently damage the boss, I've shaved multiple minutes off of lucid for example without making any real gains to my damage just from better understanding her patterns and being able to attack her more often. Specifically, I guess there's the fact that your final damage goes up the more different DOTs you have on a boss (and Punisher + elemental fury do more damage at max stacks too) so that's something to keep in mind. Usually I'll place creeping toxin right away, then stack flame haze, teleport mastery dot, and flame sweep. Ifrit + inferno aura are shorter range than flame sweep so typically you'll want to play very close to a boss... Once you have your skills, yeah I pretty much just use them on cooldown, including epic adventure and AB link. The only skill you need to save them and make sure they're up for is origin, since that's the only burst we have. Ignite is also a deceptivly high amount of damage too, so don't forget to toggle it on (...I've forgotten before). Bosses that constantly move out of it can feel pretty bad on the class.

@@yin9121 I/L is a burst class, right? but F/P's only real burst is their origin, you'll find that you can get pretty large leaps in damage just from learning the boss enough to hit it more often -- you have to play much more aggressively than a burst class as a result. Just as an example, I've gone from clearing damien in 15 minutes to under 5 with the only real gain I made damagewise being like, 1 hexa boost unlock. There's no real combos though, once you have enough DOTs to get all of your fervent drain stacks you pretty much just use everything off cooldown -- including stuff like AB link since the only thing you really need to save it for has a 5 minute cooldown. The only real exception is saving mist eruption when poison nova is about to come up. Oh, and don't forget to turn on ignite :p

@@yoroo I am in heroic server. I would never play reg server. There are like five to six different ways to power up a item and shit. And they apparently overlap each other? Like if you have certain amount of starforce, you can't scroll or something... no. I'm not dealing with that shit.

Naa... don't you need cooldown on that class? Naaaah, I like Fire Poison concept, but quickly gave up on it soon after I learned I needed 4 sec hat on one. F that. BTW, it's kinda strange cuz way back then b4 even getting to lv 120 was a chore, I always played Evan cuz I loved the Dragon master (b4 the remaster, I played him when it first came out) concept then I moved onto Fire Poison and then Illium when it came out. Then I played the game properly and now main Paladin, Hayato and Mihile. Crazy how it turned out to be.

@@handkc12 that's fair. Tho between buff inner and att SPD+buff inner is a difference of like 2fd. Not a big deal imo. Ps 50buff > attspd. But I see your point fp definitly requires more setup to feel really good and isn't really a plug and play experience.
