How do i choose what rune i pick into who and if am stronger or not early? ALso if im behind i just try not to meet him and pick up some counter jungling or some plays to pick up?

Conqueror with Resolve Secondary is the default now. The only reason you would chose something else is if you want to go assassin Vi. Then you go hail of blades. Then the enemy team need to have bad protection, low CC and preferably squishy. If you want to learn more about builds I would check out my "Season 14 ultimate guide". Whether you are stronger early or not depends entirely on matchups, levels and items. Too much to type. My "matchup guide" talks about when you are stronger than enemy and who you can 1v1. If you are behind the best thing to do is usually to make a crossmap play. If he ganks bot, you make a play top (Counterjungle, Grubs, top gank/dive etc.) If you are ahead, contest. If you are behind, avoid. (Rules of thumb, not always)

Honestly been focusing on maximizing for this season. There are usually updates coming quite late too which affects the balancing. That's also why I haven't looked much into it yet. I am starting to dive into it now and will make a video on how to adapt to S15 for sure!
