Yes, for sure! Specially if you have some experience on Vi and maybe other assassins. It snowballs really hard and Hubris is a very good item in lower elo, but there is usually more kills and longer games which means you gain a lot of value from it. BUT, it is higher risk and doesn't allow for many mistakes. It is definitely more reliable to play standard bruiser, but I would try to experiment with this build. It's a lot of fun and has really high potential for solo carry.

Imo you can play bruiser in every good assassin game, but not assassin in every bruiser game. The games where assassin is best typically thought is when enemy team have little to non CC. Especially reliably CC. Champions like Wukong, Leona, Lulu are examples that makes it really hard to play assassin because they have such fast and reliable CC and since we are very squishy then you almost die instantly in most fights. It is nice if they are squishy, but it's more to do with CC and ways to avoid or stop your Q. In general, always work-arounds ofc.

Ye, so Eclipse used to be really good, but it was one of the items that got nerfed the hardest split 3 of season 14. Then after Vi's passive got buffed so building HP on her now makes more sense. So then we are left with Sundered Sky and Trinity Force as the natural options, but as someone said Trinity clears a lot faster which feels necessary this season. It's also a much better 1v1 item. I do occantionally build Sundered Sky though in S15. Usually against heavy CC compositions where you're not able to utilize the DPS or Trinity Force.

Vi R does dmg to anything on its path while she is flying to the locked target, but she can still flash to reposition during it. He flashed while the R was traveling, clipping and killing the Sivir

Vi does damage to people she passes through while homing in on her target. So just flashed so that sivir was in her way to reksai

flash while in r animation to deal dmg to something that was initially in your path.

Whether I start Blue or Red is mostly decided by which lane I want to path towards. More often than not that means botlane in this current meta, but it comes down to a few factors. Volatility, snowball potential, gank setup, and prio are the main reasons. Ganking for a Maokai vs a Ornn for example wont do much for you game because they neither champ has much damage or snowball potential in the laning phase. The same applies for Lulu vs Millio botlane which are very passive and has little damage and CC. If the support matchup is leona vs Nautilus for example the matchup is very explosive and the team that gets the lead can quickly snowball. Those are a few example. If you want invade after 3 camps you should have redbuff also because it's way stronger in fights.

KEKW. Ye, you wanna max Q now no matter what and W second. Leveling up your E is got nerfed in season 14. They made E scale mostly off of Bonus AD and not levels.

That's cool man, Vi mid is awesome! Yes, maxing the E is nice in the early level because of the added waveclear and poke, but for the rest of the game you get punished. That is because E actually is the ability you want to max last when it comes to damage, mobility and fighting. It feels good in the moment, but has some clear downsides mid- and lategame. Also the Q is very big for all-in's and roams. This is especially true after the nerfs to E-maxing that came throughout season 14.

I'm not saying it's never good and sometimes you will gain more overall from doing this by denying and pulling pressure, but this was not it and Baus would say the same thing. The problem with that specific play is that he didn't pull any players because they were already there. We knew jungler was blueside and support was already moving bot to play with ADC. And his team didn't coordinate a counterplay to make up for it. Also 3 minions is far from more worth than a kill.

Really appreciate that! I don't feel like the rune does all that much. It's outdamage by a lot of runes by 10x like sudden impact and shieldbash. The CD reduction isn't really doing much either. It's only 5-10 each R consistantly and it's not that often you are able to use your R exactly when it's ready either. If you want R CD it's better to go Ultimate hunter with Sudden impact which I do sometimes.
