Very encouraging! Thank you! God is so good even when we feel like life is crumbling around us. I'm still getting over side effects from the virus that started mid August for me. I've had similar emotions, asking why. God has been very faithful throughout this, I got to experience some supernatural healing that I've never experienced before and I feel like I'm learning to trust Him more. The virus seemed to attack the weakest part of me, my skin, which revealed that it's an area of my health I should be more careful with. Even with the struggles, I feel like I'm going to come out stronger. Stronger in faith and attitude/motivation to treat my body better.

Ashley, so glad you are feeling better and thanks so much for sharing so openly about your struggles. It does help to know that we are not alone in our weaknesses, and especially to be reminded that even when we are weak, our Lord NEVER lets go of us. Thank you! Love you guys!!

My covid last 11 days also! I went through a slump also, I remember feeling defeated and actually disappointed in the Lord because I had for over a year trusted God to keep any Plagues from. Coming to my home, all my family members got it, but I continued to pray( even though I didn't want to) i was so tired all the time and reading my Bible seemed to be hard work! But All Glory to God, he brought us all through this, and we are getting our strength back ,and taste and smell, the new zeal to follow Jesus and have intimacy anew is exciting to say the least! ❤

God revealed James 1:2-4 to me also when I tested positive back in April. Battling COVID will surely test ones faith. I'm happy you overcame it.

I went though it last year and got really depressed, I was in my last month of pregnancy and had my oldest baby that was almost 2 years old, so I separated for him 2 weeks and was horrible, I still struggle when I remember how our relationship was before and how it became after I locked myself up. I had my baby when I was already negative but I was so afraid he could get it that I had a whole panic attack and ended up on the ER leaving my new born home at 3 days old. 🥺 I still fighting postpartum depression for that traumatic moment of my life (plus my almost broken marriage) and my mom is fighting it right now, and her symptoms are really bad, she’s been in bed for 4 days straight, was taken to the hospital but released the same day so, we’re here praying, trying our hardest to trust the Lord and finding hope in stories like you Ashley. Thanks for sharing! God bless you.

Sister, you need to rebuke that spirit of fear. We are not to live in fear, but in faith. The Bible say's fear hath torment. And right now, so many people, including those who are unsaved, are deathly afraid of this virus. In Christ, there's nothing to fear. Jesus defeated death on that cross! I had covid a few weeks ago. I'm now 36 weeks pregnant, so will be delivering very soon. Once you get covid, you're only able to spread the virus for the first 10 days once symptoms begin. After that, you cannot spread the virus. Also, covid very rarely (and I emphasize) spreads through the placenta so baby should have been fine and healthy in your womb and when he was born, since you recovered from the virus. These are all things my midwife told me while I had covid, so what did I have to fear? Rest in Christ and don't fear. Shun out the negative voices and all those telling you that you and your child will die from this virus. Fact is, your life is in the hands of the Lord and the world does not believe this. Their solution isn't the Great Physician, it is in man who will perish. Which will only ever amount to death, confusion and separation from God. May God bless you. Praying for you and your family. And congrats on your baby! 💜

This was a wonderful and timely message for me. As a fairly new Christian (since March), I’ve really been wrestling with some doubts and difficulties in the last week; it’s so good to hear that someone I trust and respect as a sister in Christ has times of doubt too!
