Ive been playing some sylas and if you look back on the 2v1 with ahri and aatrox it says ultimate not ready yet like you stole her ult recently. For some reason ive been running into the same issue where even though I haven't even seen them on my screen in forever their ult is still on cooldown and won't let me take it even if the indicator under them is gone.

This Garen is exactly why the start of this season was so triggering and almost made League unplayable, in my personal opinion. Most of the items were so incredibly busted early on, that if you fed your lane, it was 10x more punishing for your team than it ever used to be. Enemy top lane gets 4-5 kills super quick, then not only gets an OP item or two, but also gets prio on void grubs, then just roams down and literally two shots your entire team and gets 2 turrets out of it because of the pushing power of grubs. Either way, this Garen is a scourge.

1) No clue how that Garen is in that elo with the kind of mental he has, unless it's an alt of Hashinshin or something? 2) Akshan is a classic 200 Years champ. His passive's description is as long as some champs' entire kits. The revive is also ridiculous. It should maybe take a portion off of the revive timer, not the whole damn thing. Honestly you could cut his kit in half and make 2 entirely functioning champs out of it. The same goes with Yone. x: When will Riot stop creating overloaded champs that cause 90% of the rest of the champs in the game to be un-viable due to sheer stat bloat? The world may never know.
