I have a MSc in Nutrition, Randy. Would love to help with the weight goals. Tiny bit of advice - just a 250-300 calorie deficit from your maintenance calorie total is plenty. This way you are not messing with your metabolism too. Tracking is a bore but it is 100% worth it. You might be surprised that you can treat yourself a little more and still maintain the diet if you track versus veering off the diet path as you're so far under maintenance that you end up losing motivation due to feeling like sh*t.

Keep up the good work Randy! I started my weight loss journey a few months ago in march and I’m nearly 4 stone down. I weighed myself everyday, and you will see your weight go back up, but keep at it and it will go back down. I also play golf and enjoy Pokémon. Love your content, golfs amazing for weight loss, it gets you outdoors walking doing something you enjoy. And if you do go to the gym, I often jump on the treadmill for a hour, watch some dragon ball Z and time flies. Keep it up

You might be able to sell the card at a slight premium if it’s high chance of psa10 but the fact is that it’s not a 10 yet and he can’t guarantee it. Plus the buyer will still need to go through the hassle and cost of grading it

whoever that guy is, is scammy and don't understand that you're buying the card as is and not what it can 'potentially' get. if you really believe it will get a 10. why don't you just get it graded and then sell it then 🤦‍♂ you hear this a lot with Whatnot streamers, they say, 'nah man you're scamming me with this cost, this card graded in a 10 cost X amount' THEN GET IT GRADED AND THEN SELL IT THEN!
