A couple of months back I was playing an unrated on Fracture and our chamber was doing this exact thing, W keying in spawn, running into a wall. Then a month after I got an enemy team complaining someone on their team was doing this exact thing, but it was in Comp. These are most likely accounts made by people who are creating them for sale, and are leveling up the accounts for Comp queue. I'm guessing the next evolution of that is now what I'm watching in your video. Scummy.
