6:23 I was shooting a basketball that poorly in PE class senior year and my teacher pulled me aside to ask if anyone had ever taught me how to shoot a basketball. This was so much fun to watch. As someone who has been kicked out of many stellar establishments in my life (a Cala Foods in San Mateo, a Mr Gattis near my high school...) I was hooked by your title. I must admit I did a double take when you said "the beauty of Texas" I assumed this was a place in Los Angeles. I'm not sure where Missouri City is but impressive that you travelled all the way to my state to do this. I do like whole cloves of garlic myself, as long as they are cooked.
