Inspiring transformation! It honestly amazes me how a thin boy at the beginning of the video achieved a solid muscular physique. Now it's my turn to put some meat. I am fed up of looking like a lollipop. I have been going to the gym for three weeks now, and I also got myself a meal plan (I got it from site named Onlymeal btw) and I am really satisfied. It's like a perfect fitness assistant. I hope I will make it and make myself proud at least once in my life!!

Im 6'0, 29 years old and have weighed 130lbs since I was a sophomore in highschool. I'm muscular but I'm a tiny guy, I look skinny Because I have a small frame. But one thing I am learning, is those of us with high metabolisms and small frames need a shit ton of food. We more than likely already eat like fat kids, but that's not enough food. The hardest part for me to stick with my routine is affordability of the 3600 calorie intake I need daily to gain the weight amd muscle I want. It all comes down to how bad do you want it. I prefer to spend my money on foods I enjoy but also I really love to build things. So I don't budget right to afford the amount of food I have to eat. It's not cheap for us skinny guys, its actually harder for us than big people who just have to cut foods and workout harder. So those wanting help, workout, but know you need a shit ton of food daily to make a visual difference and gain mass. Not disracing or trying to s are it's just the harsh reality, y'all talk kg instead of lbs, so I'm from America and food right now and for a while has been really expensive at the grocery stores🤷🏽♂️
